I’m Amanda Louise Jesson and I’m Workshop Media’s Production Manager.
I set out to be an actress and studied a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. I gained a triple distinction before working in film, TV and theatre. It was during this time I started worked behind the scenes. I clocked up over 5 years experience as Stage Manager of the Forum 28 in Barrow-in-Furness.
After touring for six months I decided to step on to the other side of the camera. I transferred my Stage Manager skills into being a producer on films and corporate projects.
Now as Workshop Media’s Production Manager, I use all the skills gained over the years. I manage the process of turning the company’s creative ideas into achievable projects.
I also make a mean bacon buttie in the microwave, much to the teams delight!
